First concert of the year! I've been obsessing over this band for months. Their first ever album came out last year and I've been in love with every single one of their songs. My personal favorite is 'Sex' (obviously), and last night I finally got the chance to see them live--
Our seats had an awesome view of the stage. Kudos to the light directors, they did an amazing job! I loved the idea of the signature logo of the band (the rectangle in the middle) being present throughout the performance. The 1975 is really well known to have that logo in their every single show.

My favorite part probably was when everyone in the crowd was screaming "we want sex! we want sex!", then Matt responded with "you guys have no idea".
I fucking died.
The night was breath taking. The crowd was really pumped up that every single one of the crowd stood throughout the concert. There are no words to explain how fucking talented and real Matt Healy is.--the guy literally drank and smoked onstage; now that's a bad ass artist.
He said the band will be coming back after the release of their second album, which is really really soon!
